Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Europe for all international orders. All US and Canadian orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Kansas.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied, in any way, with your new products you can return them, in unused and saleable condition, in the original packaging within 14 days after you received the shipment for a full refund. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.

1. Put the unused item(s) back in the original box. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.

2. Please contact sales@be-mag.com for a return authorisation of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return.

3. After receipt of a return authorisation, return the item to us via the carrier of your choice to the address we.

If your return is a result of our error (e.g. you were shipped an incorrect item or colour), the appropriate return shipping cost will be refunded. We must be contacted first in order to receive return authorisation. After receiving your message, we will instruct you as to which carrier to use. You will be responsible for the initial payment of return shipping. Upon receiving your returned item, we will verify our error and refund the appropriate return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, immediately send an e-mail to sales@be-mag.com  for a return authorisation. We will reimburse you for return shipping charges only on items which contain manufacturer defects, and only provided that they are returned within our 14-day window. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. The damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. Please also include a note stating the product's defect.

Customer service will instruct you as to what carrier to use for the return, and where to ship it.

You are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your returned item, we will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us in the original packaging and the original condition. If your return is determined to be a result of a manufacturer defect, the appropriate shipping cost will be refunded.

Warranties

Beyond our 14-day return period, we also provide standard warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.

Europe & Rest of the World: Standard warranty of 24 months for all items shipped by Be-Mag.

USA: Standard warranty of 12 months for all items shipped by Be-Mag.

As with a standard return, products under warranty should be sent back to us by following the instructions below:

1. Put the item(s) back in the original box, if available. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.

2. Please write us for a return authorisation of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return.

3. Send it back to us by the carrier of your choice to the destination we specified. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping cost. We will not reimburse return shipping charges on any damaged items after 14 days from the day of purchase.

Be-Mag takes utmost care of the privacy of its customers. In order to use Be-Mag’s online shop, we must collect your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This information is solely used to process your orders, and will only be communicated to shippers and other third parties when necessary to complete those orders. By providing your information to Be-Mag, you consent to this disclosure, as stated, and allow us to make our services available to you.

Your personal information WILL NOT be sold, traded, or rented to any other firms.
